Our head brewer, Mike Fuller, has been in the brewing industry for nearly a decade. Starting his career in the fermentation science program out of Asheville, NC, he then began working through the brewing ranks with some of the most notable breweries in North Carolina including Oskar Blues, New Anthem and DSSOLVR.

Mike moved to Boone, NC this past year and is extremely excited to work for the Parallel team to bring something new and progressive to the high country beer scene. In his spare time, Mike is an avid whitewater kayaker, fly fisherman and enjoys all that Boone has to offer.
